If you’re like me, you know how incredible our nyBRA/Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, PC doctors are! Well, the people at Lean on Me Breast Cancer Network, a non-profit helping breast cancer patients, share our feelings about the doctors.
On 12 May, Drs. Randall Feingold, Ron Israeli, and Peter Korn are going to be honored by the Lean on Me Breast Cancer Network for their unyielding commitment toward restoring the lives of people touched by breast cancer. The doctors will be honored during the Lean on Me 13th Gala Dinner Dance “This Magic Moment,” and I want to invite our Sisterhood of Support to join us at the Gala to celebrate Drs. Feingold, Israeli and Korn.
Two years ago, I was honored by the Breast Cancer Network when I received the Mari Goldberg Award. Many of you generously shared the evening with me, and I hope that you will join in honoring these incredibly skilled and sensitive physicians who have been committed to your physical and emotional restoration. This year's Mari Goldberg Award recipient is Dorothy Vance Forte.

The Lean On Me Breast Cancer Network is a non-profit organization created by Dwight DeRisi, MD, Donna DeRisi, Sharon Pape, Ursula Thall and the late Gerry Accardo, in order to provide one-to-one peer support and information to breast cancer patients from diagnosis through surgery and adjuvant therapies.
Very exciting news for the Breast Cancer Network – in the coming year, Lean On Me is gearing up to help more breast cancer patients with its “free of charge” services, including providing wigs for patients undergoing chemotherapy, soft bras, group therapy sessions, wellness retreats, and seminars with breast cancer specialists.
Hope to see you at the Gala!
